Who am I?
There are so many therapists out there! How do you know who to book with? It's all about suitability and comfort.
Here are some of my therapeutic approaches:
Authenticity
While ensuring professionalism and sharing with you the necessary information regarding psychotherapy services, I prefer a more casual, authentic approach. Therapy isn’t just about protocols. It's about connection & trust. When we’re real with each other, it’s easier to open up, work through challenges, and make meaningful progress.

Holistic Approach
As a person, there are a lot of elements that make up who you are. Let's explore this interconnectiveness. For example, your upbringing, your thoughts, behaviours, and emotions all influence who you are today. By using different modalities, approaches, and techniques, we can gain a better understanding of ourselves.

Insight-Oriented
Have you ever felt stuck, like life is a game you can't win or a pattern you can't break? I'm passionate about helping you shift your mentality to gain insight and understanding on how to create meaningful change. While real challenges exist, changing our perspectives can make a huge difference. This includes challenging or counteracting unhelpful thoughts and exploring approaches you may not have considered. Together, we can identify any barriers holding you back and help you experience the power of a mindset shift.

Working as a Therapist
I completed a 4-year Bachelor's in Psychology, where I gained a deep understanding of human behaviour, emotions, and mental processes. This period of life was significant because I learned the foundation of why people feel, think, and behave the way they do.
Prior to being a therapist, I gained over 3 years of experience working in a clinical setting. I worked alongside 40+ psychologists, psychotherapists, and social workers as a clinical administrator and operations assistant. This experience allowed me to be immersed in the mental health field and develop a strong foundation before entering the therapist role.
I completed my 2-year Master’s Program in Counselling Psychology, where I took my deep understanding and fascination with people and learned how to apply this knowledge as a tool to help others in the therapy room. Using everything I learned, I began wondering how I can start helping. How can I assist them in seeing life as full of endless possibilities and support them in realizing change can happen?
I spent 9 months working in a clinic, gaining hands-on experience with clients, creating suitable treatment plans, using various modalities, and stepping into the role of a therapist. This period was a significant time in my life, where I grew both personally and professionally. Through my education and clinical experience, I refined the skills that have shaped me into the therapist I am today!
As of January 2026, I have over a year and a half of experience utilizing empirically supported, evidence-based psychotherapeutic approaches. I have experience working with a range of client concerns, supporting individuals from young adults to seniors.
